currently i have 225/55/16's.(approx. 25.75 in. high) i have some older 15 in. wheels that i thought i could use for the strip. am i ok so long as the tire height is close using 2 different wheel sizes. also, reaserch tells me if i go to a shorter rear tire my rear gear ratio wil change, making it steeper(3.73 to 3.90 or4.1)depending on how short i go. any thoughts?? thanks - slo

As long as the final tire height is the same, you're golden. That means you get some 15's, you'll need to get some 60 series tires to compensate and keep the height the same.
