Question about 5 point safety harnes

Does 5-point harness’s mount to the seat? Or to a roll bar/cage? I'm thinking about racing at the WFC6 and I need to get something set up in It.. Cuz I have no seat belts at all

Right now I have seats from an 88GT in the car I would like to just use these but if a cant then I will get a new seat. Anyone have a suggestion or 2 on what I can do? And what brand I should look at?

hmm if i'm reading that correctly.. i should be able to use my current seats?
