Default Am i running the 1/4 in what i should be?

I have a 2002 automatic 3.8 v6 mustang with U/D pulley, BBK TB and CAI, and a Pypes 2.5 dual exhaust. Before i put on the exhaust i was running a 16.32. It was about 85 degrees and 70% humidity. I have 9 inch high performance street tires and i "launch" at 1500 rpm with a slight chirp. Does everything seem alright or is it a tad slow? How much, if anything, will i pick up with my exhaust? Any hints or tips would be much appreciated. Thanks.

That sounds about right with your mods. I would get gears and tune if you want quicker ET's. It'll help firm up your shifts and get into the power band a lil quicker.

First dude,

Get some new gears! You'll love the feeling they will give ya. When you got the new exhaust did you get some headers? If not you'll only see a little gain. That time sounds ok. The more you go on the track the better you'll lower you times abit.
That humidity had to play a big part also in a higher time. The 80 deg. temp is ok it's that humidity. But not just the humidity and the temp its also where your at on the sea level. The higher you are above the level the more it will paly with your speed.

So should i get the 4.10 gears since i have the auto? If i do gears i also want a t-loc, is the FRPP gears and t-loc unit good quality stuff or should i look elsewhere? And since i need a tuner for the new gears, i was lookin at the SCT X3. There is a shop that sponsors the track i go to, should i look them up for the gear install?

The FRPP gears are a great set and a t-loc is a good idea. Also the tune would be an ideal choice as it will add some performance to your car.
