My driveshaft loop is cutting into my driveshaft when I launch the car.
Does anyone have this problem?
There's only about 1/4" of space between the bottom of the drive shaft and the bottom of the loop. I can't believe the idiot that put this on 3 years ago, before I started doing work on the car myself, couldn't see that this would be a problem! The cats on my exhaust are about 3/8" below the loop, so there's not much room there.

I'm running an aluminum driveshaft also.
Is anyone using a loop with better clearances that would eliminate my problem? It also rubs slightly in back on the flowmasters. But that can be more easily corrected.

I'd suggest changing it to this one, it's adjustable from 8 inches to 10 inches of internal clearance.

If it cuts too deeply into the shaft you may end up with some d/s integrity problems, especially if it's a high hp application.

If its cutting into a Aluminum driveshaft AT ALL, it needs replaced, a heavy scratch in a driveshaft is all it takes to waste it.
