i just got a set of 4:30 gears to help it lanch better of the line. i'm thinking of racing next year with it only other things i have done to it is underdrive pully , cold air and preditor tune . what kind of time should i get out of it.i'm going to get some street slicks for it this winter.what other things can a i do to make faster.

A rousch stage three supercharger will make it Giddy up. I bought my wife a 2007 gt convertible & that is what I am going to put on it. The local Ford dealership can install them if you cant & it dont void any warranty either is what they told me. you can but them from ford or directly from the rousch internet site.

im not sure what your future plans are for your car but if your planning on supercharging your car then i would stop where your at and back track a little bit..... you would have to lose the udp's and go with 3.73 gear or something......but im sure you have already thought of all this....

if you got 4.30 gears is your car an auto???? im guessing it is...... if it is then get a PI torque converter and you will be happy with the launch difference.......

If ya go supercharger, get a t/s like Kenne Bell or Saleen. Roush makes a good product but they dont seem to put as as much power. And get 3.73 gears, 4.30 and a blower dont go together at all. If your not gonna do anything else to it but suspension and tires then 4.30 gears will definately help you off the line. But you might wanna look for tires a little sooner cuz your gonna be spinning.
