Went up to the Strip last night, got my Best Run :)
Hey guys whatsup, I went to the strip last week and my best run was 14.4 @ 98mph. Its a 2003 Mustang GT stock 5 speed, then over the weekend I put on an SLP Loudmouth Catback I on. I went up last night, and my best run was a 14.02 @ 100.14mph my 60 foot time was 2.188. I was JACKED to seee that. I got in about 4 or 5 14.1 runs aswell, My best trap Speed was 101.3mph but it was a 14.4 because at the end of the night, no one was hooking at all. So do you guys think thats a solid run for basically a bone stock 03 GT, just an SLP Cat back.
yea i was running street tires i think the hankook ventus is what i have on...its time for new tires now cus there isnt much left at all...lol. And Thanks, by next spring i really want to be in the low 13's just full bultons and street tires.
Add a tuner to your future mods and youll get there but with 4.10s youll probably need drag radials to hook up. Nitto DRs are great for the street and better than street tires at the track(as long as you heat them up really good)but some spare rims and some M/T DRs would be even better

I agree on the Nittos. I have 2 sets of them that I won in a burnout contest in which I burned up a set of BFG's. They are crap compared to the MT's on the '02. I cannot get a good launch no matter how much I heat them up. I have to admit that it is a good in-between tire that will last longer on the street than the MT's......

with 100 mph trap speeds, you looking at low 13's with good 60' like 1.6's to 1.9's, but slicks will be needed, your car sounds like its strong in the topend, good luck to you, i cant wait till i can hit the track again....BTW what was you 1/8 mile speed and ET that also tells how quick the car is in the low end, and can help you figure if you shifting fast enough, provided your manual
