Default New build with clean sheet of paper.

A friend just picked up a clean notchback and wants to build it up.Want to put together a blown small block. This will be a major learning curve for me as well as I have never built a ford.I do have a large{540 ci} supercharged hemi in my car and boost is GREAT!!Anyway,,what block? How many cubes should we start with?Dart or Ford? Will use a procharger, intercooler, and want to end up with 2 tune up's.Max power on pump gas,and one with a pulley change and c16.I would welcome your recommendations for block, heads, crank, rods, pistons etc. This will not be a cheapo budget build, but built right so that it will survive in the street for the cruze nights and perform WELL at the track. What kinda power can be extracted from the pump gas tune??
