Too bad that I will be at work next weekend, it looks like a great day of racing for the chance to get one of the 80 tickets that are up for grabs at MIR.
Too many racing events and not enough vacation time, just my luck!

I have to work too. Plus I'm having issues with my supercharger so I won't be participating.
Here are the pictures from Pinks All Out on Saturday in NC. They go from the driver’s meeting all the way until it started to get dark and the pictures started to get blurry. It was a great day and 64 cars were picked. Then they ran four cars abreast all at one time down the track. Only one of the four cars won and it then moved on to the next round. It was a cool way to whittle the field down to just 16 cars. The show will air in late July or early August (August 6th?).

I am going to pinks all out in Seattle WA. missed the reg by a few hours the bF had called ahead and the gut took are info and said we were on the list and that he would call when it came time to pay. But he never did and we called back to ask WTF and they said to bad. The BF it buying a spot off his friend maybe(fingers crossed) Is any one going to be there?
I will be leaving tomorrow from Maryland to head for Pinks All Out in Memphis, TN.
I got lucky and a friend wanted to go as "Crew" so he offered up a tow vehicle and a trailer for the 15 hour drive.
Good thing as my car would not fit 2 people, our luggage, drag tires and the coolers.
It also helps as I will be getting off a 12 hour mid at work at 7am and we are leaving at Noon. Lots of sleeping for me
I hope to see some other members there and I will try to take some pictures too.

I laugh at negotiations at the Drag Strip, reason being, why spend the money to build a fast car if you have to eliminate your power adders or give up car lengths. Next time you go ask them to take out a piston. Do you agree on Negotiations at the track and why?
What ruins this show for me is the way that baldion sold out to big corporations and the fact that they ALWAYS pick between the 9 and 10 second classes, I have never ever seen a different class. I realize it is not as much flash to watch the 12 or 13 second cars, but it represents far more people.
They picked the same class at NC and TN. (high 9s low 10s)
One driver was in both shows..He was driving a MOPAR!
Rich did mention that they picked a 11 second class in TX this year.
The one show I did not go to and they picked my class.
Go Figure.
MIR is next for me!
