Default Roll Bar Plans/Suggestions/Advice

Friends,

Going to try and put together my own 6 point roll bar here in Kuwait.

Does anyone have any advice, drawings, specifications to help me along?

I really want to tie the chassis together and get a much more rigid ride along with the obvious safety factors.

What type stainless and gauge do you suggest?

Only building this because it will cost me a fortune to have one shipped here! No commercial interest in building these!

Thanks!

Well as the old adage goes, measure twice and cut once!

Just take your time. Remove the interior prior to getting started. Tack everything together before welding it out.

OH!! And make sure your fuel lines and any such items are removed or protected when you start welding! Remember that you may be welding on one side but that heats going to transfer onto anything touching that other side (had to replace a couple fuel lines after my cage and I had a pro do the job).
