Well...no telling with street tires...its a flip of the coin on traction ....especially now that you have 4.10's (excellent choice), a grabbier clutch, and a little more power...you might actually run worse due to traction...

Good point Roost. Most GT's around here are in the mid-high 13's with your mods......

Depending on how good you drive and track conditions as well as weather. You could run 13.5 to a 13.9

I think that 13.5 to 13.9 are good possibilities if you learn how to properly launch your new setup. But keep in mind that you'll need to launch the car at a lower rpm in order to take advantage of the 4.10's. Also, from my experience the Comp T/A's doesn't give maximum bite until about half of the tread is worn off, depending on how many ponies gets to the rear wheels.
