Completley bone stock? My 88GT went 15.5 before any mods were done. I believe this is about what your car should run. It might be a tick quicker depending on driver skill and what the weather is like.

"No, really.Dude's all,like y'know,he got the Dynomax Super Raptor mufflers,with the 5" chrome tips yo,the "R" stickers,chrome CAI,and that' it."

I posted this time on another forum, one of a slightly more "Uncle Ben's" variety.Guess what?17 replies, not ONE of them called it BS.

When you get into another brand/type's forums, they are almost in awe of what we do with Mustangs. They're also incredibly gullible. That time would be impossible, unless you had a JATO pack strapped into your hatch area that ignited at the 1/8th.

Anybody else like having fun at the local cruise ins and track nights?I just love throwing the lines at them.Show up downtown on a Friday night at any bar with the shoe polish still on your windshield and they'll believe anything you tell 'em.Glad you all aren't so gullible.

the 89 conv. that I had a few years ago had the air silancer removed and the timing bumped up a little, and it ran 14.010 at 101 mph at Carlsbad Raceway...

5spd I would say a mid-high 14, auto with 3.27s I'd say 14.9 or better. My 89 LX auto with granny 2.73's ran a 15.54@92, and my 93 GT AOD with 3.27's ran a 14.9@94 with pulleys and heavy 17" rims.

I would like to bet on a low to mid 14 second pass. I never raced my 88 GT completely stock. My buddy has a 92 Calipso LX and its pritty stock except for exhaust and is has 70k on the motor. He was cutting 14.6s and a best of 14.4. So Mid to low 14s are attanable.
