Default 91 LX need advice on my adjustable shocks

Hey guys, this weekend I bought a 91 lx roller to turn into a drag car. The cars front suspension has QA1 tubular K member, control arms and adjustable struts with coil overs and caster/camber plates. On the top on each strut there is a knob you can turn that has a plus and a minus sign on it. My question is, will turning the knob to the plus side or the minus side be better for giving me the best launch? I am pretty new to drag racing ( have never raced, only spectated ). Im not even sure if adjusting the struts helps much or not. Please let me know. Thanks

Turning towards the (-) will soften up the strut therefore allowing them to extend faster .....

Which will result in better weight tranfer to the rear wheels.....
