What should I be runnin?

I have a stock 1998 V6 5 Speed. No modifications. On TigerPaw tires (Never heard of them. By the way, are they good tires? Last owner had them put on new.) What should I be running in the quarter mile?

Plus, does anyone have the RWHP and Fly Wheel Horsepower. I think it should be around 150 HP and 215 Ft.-Lbs. of torque.

Tiger paws are made by Uniroyal. It's a passenger type car tire. (family type vehicles) If they are good save a few bucks and leave em' alone or better yet sell them and but a more performance oriented tire.
