 1979 mustang going for twelve seconds
Hello Everyone this is my first post. I just purchased a 1979 mustang with a 302 and a 4 speed. Here is my question. It is the stock 1979 302. I am trying to get a 12' second pass. Here is what I was planing on doing to see if I can get to the goal. Please let me know if I am on the right track or if I need more work to be done.

Roller Rockers
long tube headers
I was thinking of doing a solid cam similar to the old 289 hipo cam. (any good solids for this type of cheap build.) I will change springs also.
