Thanks Reggie, I am not done shopping. I will hold out for a great deal. I appreciate you looking for me, that is a great deal. I am not sure what to do, I am considering a smaller wheel. This means more modifing. Discions, Discions.

My M/T drag radials are also at the almost no tread left point. It's no shame for them as they have almost 150 passes on them.

From what I've seen it's not affecting the stickiness at all, but they would be very dangerous to drive in any rain, not that DR's are much good in the rain even with the tread intact.

I'm debating whether to replace them with another set of DR's or just go with a slick. My car is a bracket car and some people have told me they feel a slick tire gives more consistent 60's. Anybody with input on this?

We're not the fastest car at the track but we might be having the most fun.

If you're not having fun, then you're taking this stuff too seriously!

I understand that they are stickier. This may give a consitant hook every time. Yet I can get a consitant hook with my dr`s. I am thinking I will stay with a DR`S. untill I get a trailer. It is nice to drive to the track ready to race. It would be nice to have a trailer also, incase anything bad happens.
