Well overall the track conditions sucked today very muggy and hot but I had fun. It rained than it stopped than it rained than it stopped than cars were breaking so it was one of those days, I only got two passes. The first pass I got on it top of second gear the nitrous stopped spraying. I went to the pits and when I checked it turns out that when I floored it, it pulled out the wire for the nitrous switch , I ran 12.92 at 102 on that pass. The next pass everything went relatively well and it sprayed every gear and I ran a 12.47 at 115 (well 114.94). The next thing I'm getting done for the car is a complete rear suspension, I was unable to do a proper burnout since the car wheel hops so bad during the burnout , next thing after that are possibly some stickier tires but Imma wait till I have the suspension to see if that is really holding me back that much, and finally a rebuilt T5, this one was free so I can't complain but I have to shift like a sissy for it to go in every gear. Overall though lots of fun though .
Lol yeah my little guy really gets into it gotta love him. For now that's with the 100 shot but I'm going to stick with it, I believe with a better suspension I can dip into the very low 12's still shifting gently. We'll see in a month or so .

And I'm sure you don't need the advice, but you said you have real bad wheel hop... Do you have aftermarket control arms? What about tires, are you using DR's?

Even the best of us (I sure as hell aint one of them lol) can use fresh perspective so if ya think of something that can help don't hesitate to ask. That being said I have aftermarket lowers but the bushings are shot. The stock uppers are stock and the actual housing bushings are doo doo. I hear it clanking say if I go in reverse and than pull forward, it's that bad. I'm running nitto DR's (275/60-15 on a 15x9 w/4.5" B.S.), I've 60 footed as low as 1.86 with them in the past with my old combo but I'm going to hold out until I do the suspension. If it still doesn't grip like I need it to than I'm going to go with the mickey t's DR's since they are the stickiest DR's out there.

Well I jus got ahold of some adjustable upper and lower control arms and I already had some new bushings for the housing that I never put in so I'll be putting them in this weekend and have her ready for next weekend. I'll keep yall posted.
