I have 2 sets of Nittos and don't like them. If that's what you want to go with, you need to heat the crap out of them to get mediocre 60fts......

Nittos are trash fir the track when a car puts out power. I have them or had them and they killed my 60 and et. There only great for street racers. Mt street drags are really good but if you have quad shocks, they only have a 26x11.5 and they will rub. It's best to go with the mt tire with a smaller rim and then you will hook up nice.

I've never had 'that' happen at 110 using BFG drag radial in 275 40 17....maybe those 245s I have on the front help mask it (or the 15-18 lbs I run the drag radials at)

What relevance does that have? I'll be the first to say that the Nittos will not hook as good as the bfg's and the mickey t's. But if there is one definite advantage they have is longevity and wet grip is WAY better than the other two. I've heard many stories involving the other two, one of them involved my father spinning out in his 99GT with the BFG's in the rain. I've had my nitto's for over a year now and they still look great they have about another year left on them. I may upgrade to the mickey t's next year, once I retire my car from street duty, but if you drive your car every day like I drive mine right now the nitto's are definetely the way to go. Just some food for thought. Another thing to remember is that anything is better than average street radials.
