My et street are 4 years old but not scrap but my time is awfull could tire dry up they seem to have no more compond??? i get better time on my street tires

4 years is a long time for that type of tire. They do dry out. As others already said time for a new set.

definitely sounds like a good time to buy some new ones. they are probably harder than normal which would lead to less traction.
