Thanks, now I will have to do some reserch on finding a good tuning shop around me. I know my engine builder has one but it is for motor only. I don't want to pull just for that.
See now I have another question?? Which is better dyno motor only or dyno with motor in the car?

114 is going to be harder to burn the motor will need more heat in it to operate properly...especially if your not tuned for it. You need to tune for it and you should also address the plugs.
I have three different sets of extra plugs in my race bag for my car. I normally run TR6's gapped at .25 with C16. However, I have to change plugs if I run C23, Q16, with or without Nitrous.

use c-16 it has the same burn rate as 93(14.6)is what i was told on a tune site.I will try this on my sc 302 next time t the track.from what im told should not affect your tune like c-12

C-16 is not designed to run in a naturally aspirated application.....Its a slow burn power adder fuel.
For what he has hell be fine with VP C-12......which i believe is 108 octane. Tune the engine to run on the C-12.
Okay lets switch back to the plugs here for a sec...
I'm back to asking which plugs would be recommended? I heard stay away from the platinum in drag racing, use NKG V plugs I don't know what reach I should be looking for a .40 or .70 something reach plug? Again I can not get much help from the auto part stores nor can I figure out if I should be runnin a cold or hot plug
My heads are slightly milled down and I run flat top with valve relief pistons. Comp is 12.5 to 1. This in case someone on here knows about the reaches in plugs.
Any Ideals?

Funny you just asked about this.... I just received an answer from another forum (sorry) but this is a dedicated site for 460 racing. One recommended using Autolite AR3934 plugs. Says that they are full race plugs and Advance Auto has them for $2.79. My next question would be do I start with cold plugs (AR3932) or just go straight for the hot plugs (AR3934's)
Thanks Cindy, I was giving up on this question on here. That's why I had to stray/ cheat on AFM.

Problem solved... I just bought the Autolite 45's I'll put them in later. I could see the difference between the platinums and the regular. The regular has a wider stem and the pin is also larger which means bigger area for spark.
Thanks for the help!!
