Yeah, that's about right. You have a 32-valve, but without a power adder. Add some nitrous on it, and it might hit 11's.......

Well when I read the cobras doing 13.5 bone stock I begin to wonder. I want to add 100 shot nitrous what do you think my et would be.

the 100 shot will be added power.......

But unless the suspension is set up correctly the gain will not be as much as you will anticipate.....

throw a 100 shot turn the car into a whole different animal....

you basically have to learn how drive the car all over again.....

as it has been said many many times over seat time will be your best friend......

based on calculations in the most perfect conditions....

1.8 60' should net a 12.95 1/4 mile et....

so in actuality the car is not performing that bad.....

i willing to bet you are losing time in your shift points.....

What kind of suspension upgrade should I get to help with the launch and also what about the shifter or clutch. how should I upgrade that to shift faster?

It would all depend on what you want to get out of your car. I mean, if it is a daily driver and you just want to get out and play at the track from time to time, try not to go overboard with suspension mods. There are the basics like springs and shocks, but how far you want to take it and how you want it to ride afterward is your call.

A 100 shot and decent tires with a good tune would be fun at the track. Take the bottle out, and enjoy street driving. My '01 is just about that except for losing a few creature comforts.....

I've found replacing the upper and lower rear arms, deleting the quad shock and getting quality subframe connectors, shocks and struts will do wonders for the suspension...

+1 you're probably losing a little time in your shifts. A friend of mine who is probably one of the best power shifters I've ever seen says each shift, if done right, is worth a tenth.
