I have have a set of bogart D10's.....

Granted if the car was a daily driver i probably would not use them everyday.....

but know people who do that haven't had any problems.......

the recommendation for not using them on the street will come with any "racing" wheel.....

Due to the fact aluminum is extremely soft

one good side pothole = bent wheel......

that warning is to release the manufacture of liability.......

So if you really want Bogarts go for it......

What about one big wheelie that scares the out of you so you let off and slam down? Will they bend then?

If you do a wheelie and freak out and let off, the wheels will be the least of your problems........

I noticed the difference in handling just going to my Weld Draglites in the front. I hate them on the street, so I run my stockies on the front. Who cares if I don't match-I'm still alive........

i have let the front end slam (btw now recommended)

got lucky didn't break anything.....

But Tom is right if it hits hard enough a bent wheel will the least of your problems......

gives a whole to new meaning to pucker factor......

And the first time the car carried the wheels to 60'

Had to have the seat surgically removed.....

there has been others but those that come to mind right now......

I was hoping I could drive on the bogarts to the track. I think if I went through the residential area to the track and watch for bumps and pot holes I will be ok. I am going to Pheonix soon so maybe I can get them then.
