My daughter ran a 16.5 her first time at the track a couple months' ago shifting at 4k. She has a '94 with a 5 speed. That car will soon be gone because we have an order for an all out V6 drag car that needs to be delivered in the Spring.....
well my car only went to the track once n/a with the built motor. I ran a 15.68 with at tranny that was on its last leg. After that we put the turbo on and on 4psi spring ran a best of 13.66@100+mph untuned. Then i got tuned for 15psi spring ran a 11.09@124, then of course the 10 sec pass on 21 psi.

i had a stock 94 v6 5 speed with a cai and a few minor add ons and exhaust. all else stock and ran a 15.7 and that was tires spinning through 2nd prolly could have done a 15.3 with track. all i know is i was racing a stock 96 gt and was pulling on him real good he had a posi advantage off the line.

236, question, who did the motor work and porting for you setup? when i look at what you have and the numbers its just not workin out for me

the shop that did my motor work and porting told me to get a cam because im boring my engine out and ported the heads. But i couldnt cuz i didnt have enough money at the time. Even my tuner said that a cam would of help out alot since i got my heads ported. Also some gears n tlok (which are in the process of beign installed )
ya i was kinda wondering that to. you having thoses mods and all did not add up saying i had a 15.7 time with a mostly stock v6. but to my car was mostly gutted of prolly 500 pounds. and i would think auto would be better for track anyway?
and also my i not forget my car had 3.45 gears.
