An insurance company will not pay for any damage caused by drag racing at a track; I don't think they can drop you as you are not doing anything illegal.

If one crashes wile street racing one may get it covered as long as one does not get a ticket for racing.

I would have to agree with this statement but like mmb617 said if you get caught with the scam be willing to suffer the consiquense's. This includes posting little comments on Facebook and myspace sites because they do monitor these for scams.

tow your car to the front of the drag strip entrance and make sure everyone has the same story, you where pulling out and got hit. likly story
