Default 1/4 mile times at the track????

Hows it going everyone???

I was curious to see what people run in the 1/4 mile. Let us know what you drive...year/make/model etc.
( You can even list the mods )

It will be interesting to see what people run..................

91 LX 118K stock motor and electronics, w/Incon Twin Turbo 10lbs boost, 42lb injectors, 75mm meter, 65mm TB, All smog system on including cats, daily driven, 12.40 @109, 1.70 60ft

Thats on 26 x 8.5 slicks stock suspension. Should be 11.40, but injectors are to big for stock heads and found out I had bad head gaskets.

Will be back with ported Trick Flow heads 1.7:1 roller rockers, Edlebrock RPM intake. Should be low 11's maybe high 10's. 10's may be stretching it a little will see.

Look forward to seeing how you do justinlx.

I figured I should have my 1/4 mile time, since this is my topic.

97 Cobra, A-trim 5 lbs, 36 lb. injectors, 80mm C&L, JMS Chip,
3:73 gears, & Steeda Aluminum Radiator.

Ran a 12.68 @ 110 mph

I am working on getting the blower upgraded to an S-Trim w/ 12 lbs. of boost. Looking to get some where in the 11's.

NICE, Low ET GT!!!!!!!! Warn me next time you put a link up that I will need a bib around my neck for all the drool

That is a beautiful car! Much like the 86 that I owned a few years back.

My current project is a 2000 V6, which runs 14.86 stock with a few tuning adjustments. It is a fun car to play around with in the twisty's.

Default 1/4 mile times

2001 GT Coupe, 4.6L with MAC cat back and H-pipe w/ cats, MAC intake, JET power module, Steeda shift kit and 3.27 gears......13.4@103 mph. I haven't had the car dyno'd yet, but it feels like about 300 rwhp. Should I be getting faster times?

Mustang Mike.....

Are you having alot of traction problems? I know that a 2001 corvette was at Carlsbad raceway and he was running 13.8's@101mph.

I would have to say it sounds about right. The Corvette had no problems hooking and still ran 13.8's.

But all cars are different!!

best E/T: 14.51 best trap:96.9 best 60ft: 2.3

I haven't run it with the T/A in yet.
The 14.51 was in 25 degree weather with lots of tirespin, and the trap speed was on my old burnt out clutch. I'm hopefully going racing on friday and beating both my best e/t and trap.

2001 GT five speed. Haven't had it on quarter mile track since mods but ran a 13.89 bone stock on street tires with terrible 60 ft times. Since then I have put k and n fipk, delta flow 2 chamber flowmasters, flowtech X-pipe, and a tuned diablo chip. I have no clue what it will run now but it fell a lot faster.
