I've been looking at various supercharger kits for my Ranger.
From the picts and instructions I've seen it appears my windshield washer-radiator reservoir must go. It would make sense to move this to where the battery is now and move the battery to the bed.
Some articles I've read hint that the battery mounting for a truck has different rules than if going into the trunk of a car. This would make sense for getting some weight over the rear wheels as well....and if I go super, I'm gonna need it!
As you can see from the pict, things are rather tight.
NHRA rules regarding battery placement in the bed of a truck?? 
Have you been to the nhra web site ? They have the rules posted there . I would think all you would need is a box . I'm not sure though .
