Question Which mods to go with to improve times at track?

ok so I have recently purchased a steeda tri-ax shifter for my stang, I wait 2 weeks and no show. After alot of frustration I go to the post office and start asking questions. Long story short Since I have a po box the mail carrier said that no body lived at my address ( I have lived there for 12 years ) and sent it back to mustang tuning.com with out even leaving a notice at my house.

With that aside the shifter has since been returned and I Have to re-order it.

I now have about $200 to spend on my car, any suggestions? My goal is to improve my times at the track. I was thinking of either upper and lower control arms, Tri ax, a used tuner on ebay, flowmasters/slp mufflers, or CAI.

I know this is alot and was wondering what will lower my 1/8th mile times the most. Any pointers welcomed.

Thanks alot in advance.

$200 isn't much! I'd go for a set of Steeda pullies.
