I think it should be around 14.9-15.6. As far as mods, start with the basics:
-cat back exhaust
-Mid pipe (x or h) with high flow cats, or with out cats
-Cold air intake
-Under drive pullies
-Short Throw shifter (this is a must)
-Gears 3.73 or higher
-Handheld tuner
These are the basics that free up all the lost power in the car. The gears will offer the biggest improvement.
