all drivers are different. take your car to the track, start at 3500 rpm and see if the tires and track prep hold. if all went well, increase rpm's on next launch by 3-400. repeat process untill tires and track won't hold, then go down a few hundred rpm's.
things to take in account;
track prep
driver mod
tire pressure
temp.
good luck, let us know how everthing turns out.

thanx for the reply bill / I race this car all the time so I have a pretty good idea on how to launch. I placed 2nd last year at the international mustang meet in edmonton alberta. What I was wondering was since with a 5 speed application the turbo will not be spooled up.since this will be the maiden voyage on this set up i am looking to other racers for a little help as I only have 3 test passes before eliminations . thanx for your reply as everylittle bit could help. you should go to the track and practice to get an idea so in your 3 passes all you have to do is dial it in. You would benefit from a two step program.

With that turbo, you are going to have no problems launching as you aren't going to be making but 1/2 that power off the line.

It will feel like the car will launch again right after the 60'...
