Default What a 2 step??

I was looking at getting a tuner for my Bullitt and the X-Calibrator 2 has a feature listed as a 2 step. What is it and how does it work on the Xcal 2? Has anybody used it?

A 2 step is an ignition feature that allows different rpm limits that can be activated at different times.
The different rpm limits are programmed in and one can be used in a burnout. When the burnout is over, the first rpm limit will deactivate. Then when you get to the line, the second limit can be activated and then you can have a steady, consistant launch rpm and not worry about holding it at a certain rpm yourself without overrevving. When you do launch, that limit is deactivated and then you go through the entire rev range.
Both rpm limits can be set at any rpm you desire and can be changed at any time.

That sounds sweet! Has anybody every used it on the xcal2. You must have to keep the tuner hooked up to use it I guess.
