Starting a Steet/Strip project 2000 Mustang with my dad. Any Tips?
Hey guys. I'm only 17 so i know there is alot of intelligence other than mine out there so i'm asking the audiance for help. I am starting a project with my dad. We have about 30,000 to work with and we have a Base 2000 Mustang Coupe. We are currently stripping it down to its bare bones. Im thinking of putting in a 700+ hp. Engine, a rollcage, racing seats, NITTO drag radials in the back on 17x10.5 1995 Cobra wheels and NITTO extreme performance matching tyres on the front on 17x9 '95 Cobra wheels. '00 Cobra R body work (front fascia, hood, and wing). and other styling mods. Any suggestions on what to put under the hood, use for a tranny[manual], seats, tyres, ANYTHING AT ALL etc, etc. I appreciate all suggestions. Thanks!!

Update:
Scratch the Nitto's, their speed rating is above par (not good enough) so i'm thing dot yokohomas. I also found an engine builder on the west coast. Says he can make me an engine that has 750 horses, and about 580 ft. of torque so i can use it with a Tremec TKO 600 Tranny. Found a place that does custom roll cages and for the seats i'm thinkin of using Sparco Evos. Again, any suggestions would be great!!!
