Help!!
I have a tko 600 in a built gt with a tubular k-member and am having trouble with shifting the tranny. It wants to stop in neutral between each gear and has to be forced into next gear after slight stop in neutral. It shifts fine with clutch depressed and motor off or on so long as the car is not moving. I've checked clutch adjustment and it seems to be fine, about 11/2" from floor begins engagement and fully engaged about 11/2" from top of travel. Tranny is brand new with only about 1500 miles on it. I don't know where to turn for help. I'm in the high desert in so-cal if you know of anyone with similar probs or a must/tko specialist/user. Think you should check out the entire clutch system because it sounds like you're having clutch centrifugal problems. That doesn't allow the clutch to fully disengage so it sticks in the previous gear.
