Default 2006 Mustang GT, Need Nitrous lesson for dummies

O.K. first off I have a 2006 Mustang Gt I just got a Nitrous wet kit installed in the car and want to take it to the track.
Can someone with experience explain to me the best way to get some good ET's with the Nitrous.this is my first time using Nitrous in a car.
The system I have is the speedtech wet system with the window switch set at 3000rpm on 6000rpm off set by tuner, also i have the purge kit (very cool to see) thanks in advance.

First, I'd suggest getting a nitrous controller from either NOS or the Jacobs Nitrous Mastermind. It'll only have to be turned on and then it does the rest, it'll even control the amount of timing retard for when the system is activated automatically.
Since it's an automatic, you should only need to make sure you have enough traction and let it fly. With either controller, you can set the amount of nitrous that will come on at 3000, it'll be a percentage of the full amount, and then by 6000 it'll be at 100%. It really helps out with traction.
