I have been a car guy for a long time now. I started helping my dad build fast stangs when I was 8. I own a 95 saleen S351 and as soon as the track opens for the summer I want to go down and give it a run. I have not owned my car for long( about 6 months). It will be the frist time at the track. I Know that a S351 can run mid 11's with slicks. As soon as the track opens I will be back to post some times. What do you guys think I could pull off. I have suspension mods and I will buy a pair of slicks.

Are the blowers optional on the S351's or are they standard? Cause if its not blown it prolly won't run mid 11's, but if it is blown then I bet with some practice you could hit 11's.

You can get the S351 in two forms, a n/a car and a supercharged one. I have the supercharged S351. It puts out 495HP and 490 torque. It is a real blast to drive. Like I said I will hit 11's.

Ok, just makin sure, yeah definatly with slicks it should get into the 11's. I'm going to try and hit 12's with my 85 LX on slicks coming up in about 2 weeks :evil:

With the road race style underpinnings, the car is gonna buck and heave it's way into the 11's, but you'll be in nonetheless.
