I've been browsing the forums off and on all day (perk of working for a computer company..LOL), and everyone seems real nice. So tell me, do they have any get togethers here in the Chicago area? Or any kind of events?

There is always something to do everyday of the week in the summer!

Monday-Can't think of what goes on

Tuesday-Frosted mug in Alsip

Wednesday-Strats in Stone Park

Thursday-can't think of what goes on

Friday-Mickey's on 71st & harlem

Saturday-Mickey's

There are also car shows in Lemont on Wednesdays and in Plainfield on Tuesdays, I think.

If your into car racing, there are monthly Street Car Chaos races at 41 and at Great Lakes (union grove). And, of course, there's always archer

Thanks for the update. Think Ill be making the rounds. Mickeys sounds interesting. Been to Union Grove before but that was about 10 years ago. All I remeber was it was pouring rain the whole weekend and 3 of us were trying to sleep in my buddys Monte Carlo...LOL

I'm not a big fan or Union Grove, I like 41 better.

What kind of car do you have?

Yes, I drive a 94 GT.....that say's PRINCESS across the windshield (which I'm thinking of taking off)

Well Ill Definetly keep an eye out for it. Went by Mickey's last Friday night, didnt stay long though... seemed kinda dead. Then again summer hasn't really started yet.
