New to the site

Hey guys, I just got an 03 GT and thought I'd join this forum. I live in Northbrook, about a 30 min drive from Chicago. I was just wondering if there are ever any weekly/monthly meets that you guys might do. I go to DTM meets with my friends, but its kinda weird goin to a bmw meet. Well if you guys know of any that would be great. Cya guys around

Whats up Vinny. I live in chicago , NW side . Very familiar with north shore. Wife lived in northfield,and we both used to work in bannokburn. Sheridan road is a great cruise heading north. Always looking for some nearby stangers to go crusin. Congrats on the new stang!!

Hey I'm taking the Wife to Chicago this weekend for Her 40th b-day. What are some of the must sees in Downtown? We are staying at the Renaissance Chicago and at night I'm taking her to see the blue man dweebs.

ESPN Zone!! Sorry, but I'm 16, and more of a jock than anything else. If you and ure wife enjoy sports and want to go out to eat, defenetly go to the zone. They got great food, though a little overpriced

Also, I personally like 2nd city comedy club. They are very funny, but those are jsut my suggestions for downtown Chicago, hope I helped a little

Well my Wife and I had a great time down in Chicago this past weekend. It was especially nice to be without the boys for a night, too bad my Wife’s little friend decided to show up and pay her a visit.

The new exhaust sounded superb as the sound echoed off of the buildings in the downtown area.

We spent some time on the Magnificent mile, went into the ESPN Zone (the boys would have loved that place). I found a CD Virgin Record’s I’ve been looking for and have never been able to find.

I still have my Wife’s finger nail marks in my knees from the Taxi ride.

The Blueman group was way different and was very enjoyable and we heard some good music at the house of blues.

The valet parkers at the Hotel didn’t put a scratch on our 02, which after 2000 miles as no door or bike dinks in it at all.

Chicago as a great lake front area and makes Milwaukee’s look like a kids playground.

I wouldn’t want to live in the Downtown area but it was a fun visit.

I agree with nick. We should hook up in the spring , as kickoff to the new year. Maybe set up a cruise to WFC in st. louis. Next year I don't plan on missing anything.
