Hey, I am wondering if there are any techs in the chicago land area or so that could help me out when I need to do fun stuff like gears and what not?

If you want to drive there is a shop in Madison, Wi. About two hrs. from Chicago called Performance Plus that does great work. They is also a place in Milwaukee called Fast Times Automotive that I had do my gears.

Hey Damon, How much did they charge you for the gears? I take it you just brought them the gears and they put them in meaning you didn't get a install kit. I am going to have 3.73 gears with T-Lok and a Al axle put in when it warms up a bit and am looking for a good shop to get the work done. Thanks

I sure did. i got it done at the schamburg Car Boutique. 350 for gears and putting the pacesetter h-pipe and gt take off's.

it is on russell rd, not too sure on the spelling.... about 5 minutes off the highway on the right hand side. The guy that did the install was great, really knew what he was doing and talking about. My gears where used and after he put them in I had no whine what so ever. Paid 350 for everything plus lub and it was done in about 4 hours. I would definatly recommend them. I believe the guy you want to talk too is larry....
