My 99 Durango is awesome, but gas mileage is like 13mpg average. My mustang gets better than that.

Anybody know a good shop to have my engine rebuilt in southeast WI or northern IL? I have a forged bottom end that i want put in and I need the block bored. Any help is appreciated.
