German Headlights for a 1989 Mustang GT

Hi,

I live in Germany and I do own a 1996 and a 1989 Mustang GT.

For my 1989 Mustang GT, I need to find a pair of German headlights since I am not allowed to have the US-sealed-beam headlights in my car. The German inspection (TÜV) here will not give me an exemption for these US-headlights.

Can anyone help?

Not sure why the headlights would cause trouble (mine passed German inspection in 2004 without a hitch AFAIK), but sme of the folks here might be able to help you: http://forums.mightymustangs.net/
