Default FAO - Marcus 05 GT Germany

I have found the following car under the Mustang Select gallery and would like to find out who owns it.

Marcus 05 GT Germany

I like the look with the Saleen alloys and suspension, however, I'd like to find out the improvement in the ride since the change.

As you are in Germany, how does it any on the Autobahns and the country roads?

Does the Saleen setup remove roll in corners and nose dives on braking?

Did you notice any performance decrease, by going to a larger alloy?

Are they of similar weight to stock?

Sorry for the questions, I'd like to find out as much as possible before I go down the same route. Perhaps it has not turned out as you might have excepted...any bad points would also be appreciated.

Regards and thanks

Hi Ian,

Please feel free to come to the 2005 Forum with your questions. I do think we have quite a few 05 (Saleen) owners on there...

I have a sports suspension and 19 inch wheels on mine and just LOVE the better handeling, inkluding getting rid of the Caddy nose dive on braking... but that's with Eibach springs, Saleen should be similar though...??

Performance is about the same as my 19's are stock over-all size and pretty much the same weigh, just better traction in acceleration and of course cornering...

Hope that helps! I hope you find Marcus! And let us know on here, or in the 2005 forum if I/we can help further!

KJ, fellow European in the US and AFM staff...
