I am looking for information on the red interiors in SN95 mustangs. I just bought a 1994 Opal Frost GT with red leather interior. There were only a little over 4000 opal frost mustangs built in 1994, but I can't find anything solid on the interior. I've read that you had to be a fleet dealer or a rental company to order the red interior, but no production numbers were known. This is my first Mustang :D, and I'm trying to find out as much as possible about it! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My brother just moved to Denver and went the the drag strip last night, he said that their was a 68 GT 500 that killed the competition, big surprise their, lol. My brother also said that their was a corvette their that had a Ford engine in it and when he asked the guy who owned it why in the world he would put a Ford engine in a Chevy, the guy said that he liked that cars body but that he wanted it to go fast. lol. Love where the guys hart is but dos any one else see a problem with putting a Ford engine in a Chevy? It just seems wrong to me, I mean Ford and Chevy where meant to compete not help each other.:winks Well that's my opinion, what do's every one else think? PS if any one was at the Denver race, do you have any pics you could post?

Trouble is I have no idea where to look down here in the San Diego area. I'm sure some local colleges must do some kind of courses but at this point I don't even know what I should search for.

Coach building and coachwork dont seem to pull any results on Google.
Any ideas?

Anyone else addicted to all those "energy drinks?"
I'm hooked on the No Fear brand, in the red and black can. It started a few years back. Me and my brother would buy a can each when we went riding dirt bikes and stuff. It became a can-a-day habit about a year ago. My job requires me to work some looooooooooong hours fairly often. I'm an instructor at SFAS, a military "school" in North Carolina. If you're not familiar with it, google it. Anyways, I can barely get through a day w/o it now. It's like coffee for coffee drinkers... I always have some when I'm working in the garage on my car, which is fairly often. So I get wired at work, and then come home and get wired again in the garage. I'm not a huge guy, 5' 8", 155 lbs, and little body fat, so a can of No Fear gets me pretty geeked.
I hear these things are pretty bad for you...so I've recently quit.
5 days clean and sober from energy drinks. :bigthumbsup I have a Pepsi every now and then instead. And Copenhagen.

Ok, guys lol i figured i would share cuz well, hopefully someone else can learn from my mistakes this morning...:frustrated:

so i get up this morning, oh gee look im supposed to be at work :so
so i hop outta bed and i throw some clothes on do the one foot one shoe hop deal toward the bathroom to brush my teeth... throw a hat on and im out the door! hop in the car (my daily driver is my 98 v6 mustang) and away we go... i take the fast way to work this mornin, cuz i know im late (mostly high speed highways) so i merge onto the highway and first thing, is a guy tries to sandwich me and the guardrail and 2 other cars, i had no way out except speed up more and pass him... so now im speeding... say like 80... so im continuing at 80 cuz well first thing in the morn there aint enough ppl on the road to do much less and well as mentioned im already late for work... and a riced out celica cuts in front of me and drives 5 mph less than what i was doin (75mph) sooo i look into the right hand lane and theres like 8 car lengths there, so you know what happens now lol i shoot around him while the gap between him in the left hand lane and the car in the right hand lane is closing up, i pass him and hop back into the left lane.... so now im officially cruisin at like 85... adrenaline pumpin and im ready to go :so so i keep on goin and i see the same dam scenario... what do i do? i speed up some more and shoot around another car (just so happens to be a totally civilian lookin crown vic) well GUESS WHAT?? its the Lieutenant of the local police force!!:nono: so he pulls me over, he aint even on duty, and obviously he dont even give tickets cuz he is a boss now... guy was all suited up in his gym clothes wasnt even in uniform and THANK GOD didnt have his radar on.... he wrote me a ticket for an unsafe lane change $103 a small price to pay for a good education :frustrated:

DONT let this turn into a "bad cop" thread cuz CLEARLY i was in the wrong here, and well i coulda killed him and me:nono:

MORAL OF THE STORY:

1. Get up for work on time EVERY day!!!
2. If you ARE late, DONT race down the highway to work.
3. DONT cut off a crown vic regardless of what the car looks like!
4. Racing down the highway added 20 min to my commute from sittin on the side of the road waiting for my ticket, doing the speed limit would have taken MUCH less time...:nono:
5. Respect your local officers, as this guy very well coulda had my a$$ for a LOT more than an unsafe lane change if he really wanted to be a jerk... lets start with say like 87 in a 65... reckless driving etc....
6. REFER BACK TO NUMBER ONE!!!!!! *STUPID STUPID STUPID* :frustrated:

Tonight I was driving home from school(UTI in PA), and this guy in an 04 or so Trailblazer is on my ass. I mean right on my ass to the point where I couldn't see his lights. If he had been any closer he would have been touching my bumper. So I figure the guy must be in a hurry and move to the left lane to get out of his way. He then shoots up ahead of me and flies into the left lane almost causing a collision with me. At this point I was pretty pissed so I start leaning on the horn and give him the old,"learn how to f**k**g drive!" as he speeds past me at a light. After this guy riding my ass again we get to another light and he was a few cars back. I hear a knock on my window and look over and this Latino type guy is right in my face. The guy tells me,"You say any more **** imma pull you out the car and break yo neck."

The kid had a school jacket on and I can remember the car but never got the plates. I guess my question is, is this something I should take car of? I mean I don't really want to have to deal with threats from some kid again otherwise I'm sure it will just end up bad for the both of us.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Hello all!

A friend of mine (Nicolas Davenel, Monteur Truquiste) is directing a music video for a french artist (Sully Sefil "Le French Savoir Faire" (Sully Sefil) | MySpace - myspace.com/sullysefilofficial) last week of november around San Francisco (maybe Los Angeles, location not 100% sure yet).

The shoot is going to last 4 to 5 days and tells the story of a roadtrip.

So he is looking for a vintage car, anything like a pick up (Ranchero / El Camino type), large convertibal, Station Wagon... Anything cool and a bit worn out, not a "show car".

If you'd know of a garage who'd rent vintage car at a reasonnable price or if you have cars that could fit the description and would be willing to rent it for the length of the shoot, let me know!

We would deeply appreciate any help!!!!

Thanks in advance!

The payments are actually cheaper which means I will possibly be able to afford the insurance. And this V8 has a mean ground effects kit and its pure black, except the rims (I'll change that :winks)

I'm just really excited and the best part is that it is manual. Making the switch!

Here are some of the photos off the dealer's site. I'm getting it for $17,000 not including my trade-in, which is a pretty cool deal. I might be able to get it cheaper since I have this guy who is basically my uncle who works there.

so here it is prolly wont belive me but worth a shot. so im coming home from my cousin shop and i go to leave and i had just filed my car up prior to going there. so i go to leave its dark and i turn my lights on. on my way out get about half mile down the road i notice the gas guage is just droping then my gas light comes on. next i know the car says empty next my radio turns off windows stop working lights freeze up blinkers stop and windows stop. freaked out and realizing my 86 dont have auto locks the car locks itself and i cant open door or windows. as i start to panic the cars accesories turn on and i stop the car since i was moving as it was all happening. and the trip meter decides to reset itself. i did not touch. all i have to say is.

WTF WAS THIS?
all those are not on the same fuse cause they would not have turned on. there is not shorts.
paranormal activity????

well i am prolly selling it tomorrow wish me luck and hope it dont decide to take me to hell with it.

Well, the other week some joker(s) decided it would be funny to do their edition of tar and feathering on my car- window paint, flour, and maple syrup. They didn't give a crap that it may cause damage, which it did. The damage was well over the $200 I thought it was. We arrived at $200 because my window beltline/felts were destroyed by the syrup, the front and rear seals were destroyed by the syrup leaking through them into the car, my new trunk seal got ripped off the trunk lid because the syrup went in the rain channel and acted like glue, and my rainx wiper blades were too gunked up to save. Well, in addition to that, I need new paint. Now, my paint was already really crappy to start with, but the maple syrup actually stained the paint so it looks even worse. My engine bay was also full of flour. This is where I hate my college because their idea of security is that "everyone is honest" (yeah right) and "the campus is well lit" (yeah by all 3 lights along the sidewalk, nowhere near a parking lot). And no one has come up with any information as to who did it or if they did it. Here are the first 5 pictures.

as you can tell i like engine better then motor. i've always thought motor was something run with electricity. whenever i hear "motor" i think of a Prius or something like that. not a real car! engine always seems more muscle and tough sounding.
I was leaving the Home Depot parking lot and some girl was coming from the opposite direction and turning right to go through the fast food drive through.

She was checking out my Mustang while she was turning and ran her car up on the curb at the drive through entrance.

Poor girl! :nono:
