Always wanted a Mustang but never picked it up. First car was a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am SE1 (which got totalled), then a 2006 Ford Fusion S (which I still have but looking to sell), and now a 2005 Ford Mustang.

This car was my dads but when he passed away, ill be taking it (payments too). Dad also had a 1967 Mustang but sold it years ago and brother has a 1995 Mustang currently...so now I can say we all had one now :)

Mods so far on this car are black projector headlights, silver billet style gas cover, K&N intake, black turn signal housing, chrome grille, dual flowmaster 4000 (think its that one) exhaust setup, Alpine Type R front speakers, and wire setup for the subwoofer.

My initial plans are changing out the gas cover to a black one, smoked rear reflectors, and smoked third break light with custom leds.

Later plans include rims, fog lights, new grille, wet okole car seats, and maybe a drop.

Hello everyone
My name is Bruno. I live in Lucerne, Switzerland and I have a 2009 Mustang Convertible GT/CS. It's my second S197 Mustang. My first one was one of the first Convertible in Switzerland in April 2005. I work in the Ford Dealership in Switzerland. We import the Mustangs direct from US or CAN for our customer since Ford of Switzerland stopped official importing in the early 80's. Mustangs are very rare here and people turn there heads every time a Mustang pases by.
Here some pics of my Stang (S02 means S for my name Steiner and 02 for second Mustang project :shiny:)

And also put a gt40 intake mainifold and a bbk cold air intake and msd cap and rotor and wires. The car is on 17 cobra wheels. I was wondering if i could get disk brakes of an exsplore and put it on my mustang gt rear end, it is an 8.8 so would that work. Thanks guys.
I frequent another forum (www.crownvic.net) so I'm used to how things go. I have a 1995 Mustang GT 5sp. It currently has 131,XXX miles on it. I also have a 1996 Crown Vic P71. For those of you that dont know what a P71 is, its just the police version of the CV. It has 138,XXX miles. The Vic is pretty much stock except for a sound system. The GT is far from stock. I'll try to post pix of both the cars. Thanks for reading and hopefully I'll get to meet a few of you someday.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forums and new to mustangs. I am a Police Chief in NC and as bad as it is going to sound, want to buy/build a pretty decent street machine. My youngest boys, 13 and 9, and I love racing and both are very interested in working on a car together.

I am looking at a 1989 notch that has a 1971 351W that has been worked to a 358 roller with a C4 tranny. I think the motor and trans are in really good shape (well it is what my brother told me since I am a car noob) but the interior and body need some work. The interior and body my boys and I can handle. We will see if the car works out. If it doesn't I have about 10K to get things started.

Well that enough rambling.

Thx,
I love this car, the hide-away headlights, sequential turn signals, and that FE 390 I dream of turning into a 428. It a regular coupe, not xr7. Previous owner dropped in 302, two barrel, original 3 speed auto transmission, mag wheels (corroded). I'm sad to say she has sat outside for a while uncovered. I'm looking to use modern mustang brakes I can get at a junk yard to redo both front and rear. Anyone familiar with what might work? Can I just replace the spindle out or is a conversion kit the only way to go. I'm only looking for disc brakes.
