NEW LAW PROHIBITS STATE NAME, STICKERS BEING HIDDEN


ON LICENSE PLATES


Beginning Dec. 1, Operators Can Be Cited, Later Fined


RALEIGH — Beginning Tuesday, Dec. 1, a new law goes into effect that requires the state’s name across the bottom of the plate as well as the year and month stickers on a license plate to be fully visible. They can no longer be partially covered by a license frame.

Vehicle owners can be cited for committing an infraction and, after Nov. 30, 2010, fined $100 for the violation.

Just wanted to drop a little note and say hello to all of you! I love giving out this site to ALL Stang owners who cross my path, but seem to not have much time to be here myself! LOL! Kinda crazy working in auto parts and not spending time on an auto site. I haven't even had the time to really do anything to my '65. (shift changes and pre-school haven't helped in that department) I have gotten some top hats from JJ's Classic Mustang Parts in Chattanooga and hope to get them in. (have to kick the VW and the 850 out of the way first).

Gotta keep the daily drivers running, I guess!
