There were several other entries from Ohio, though.
Most of the entries appear to be the usual mix, all-electric cars using batteries, solar cell cars, plus some with compressed air. Some are more "mainstream", using tweaked internal compression engines burning various fossil fuels or bio-fuels, though.
Too bad the Mustang didn't make the cut, though.
Often the trouble is with the testing methodology. Its reall easy to unconsciously fudge the results when you are measuring things like this.
