Go to "Tools" in the toolbar at the top of the page and click on "Control Panel" then look to the left of the page and click on "Edit Avatar". A page will come up where you will be given the option of choosing from a few preset avatars or creating your own. If you want to upload your own, there are instructions there for how to do it.
