Hey all !

Have not posted in a very long time . Sadly life has many twist . But I did manage to take a vacation of a life time . So I thought I share with my stanger friends .....

After many months of saveing I flew to London England . It was a trip I will not soon forget . I must say that just about everyone was friendly ... and this includes the subway ( or tube as they call it )

Across the bridge from Big Ben is the London Eye and the starting point of the Queens walk . That was the place I seemed to like the most . Trees wrapped in red with white dots . Live street performers , even went to a rave under the peir one night and danced around in the sand of the Thames river !

I walked threw the Tower of London . Day dreaming about being a knight in mid evil times . Saw the changeing of the guards at Buckingham Palace and rode a double decker open top tour bus !

Their black taxi cars look like cars from the 50`s I think .. and yes saw one that was painted pink ...lol

I must have walked a hundred miles while I was there ! I do have a few regrets tho . Wish I would have done the Paris day trip and rode the bullet train . I also wish I would have experianced some of the night life . But by the end of the days I was normally tired .

Glad you liked London. There's so much more to England than London though. If you ever get the chance to go and explore other places, you'll find it even more intersting. Places like the Roman Baths, Stonehenge, Lands End, the Cotswolds are all places to really take in the real beauty of the UK. For us that lived there, London is nothing more than a heavily populated area full of tourists getting ripped off by the souvenir shops and restaurants. It's one of those places where you could visit but not live. Still, glad you had a fun time over there.
