This one takes a little bit of thought, but think about what things need licenses in life. Driving, contracting, building, moving, etc. But what do you all think needs a license or an extended license, that doesn't currently have one? Think about some pet peaves.

Driving in the rain ~ It's been raining heavy 3 days straight here and I've ran out of fingers and toes to count how many times I've come inches away from being rear ended.

Driving on the highway ~ Not gonna elaborate

I had a teacher mention this once and I thought it was funny so

Parenting ~ You can change a 100 years worth of life in the first 10 years.

Shopping at a large store ~ We've all experienced it, people going into wal-mart or costco. They somehow manage to block an entire isle with their bodies and carts because they are so dumbstruck by the place they don't know what to do but stand there.


I've got a few others but let's see what everyone else can think of.

I'd have to say there should be a basic license requirement for owning a computer, and using the Internet.

parking, some people just can't seem to grasp the concept of parking in-between the lines.

sex no having kids yes you should need a license to have kids like a doe tag when you have one you mail it in and they send you another in a few years.

and anyone in NJ and major parts of NY should have their licenses revoked and take teh course all over again

lmao reyno has a point tho, in order to reproduce, you need to have sex, so a license to have sex in the first place should be a requirement...

and even tho ppl "have licenses" for drivin in rain snow etc, most need to be revoked!

ok a license to work for a Department of Defense company/contractor that at LEAST requires an IQ score of somehwere around room temperature would be nice hahaha

a license to fart in a public place, some ppl just are horrible....

a license to wear tight revealing clothing or swim suits... *just picture that fat chick u seen on the beach that you didnt know if it was a giant strawberry cinnamon roll hahaha*

ummm a license to be allowed to drink, NOT just turn the legal age hahaha

ummm a license to go to college with the intent to learn as opposed to just look for orgy

ummm a license to own a bathroom that is SUPPOSED to furnish toilet paper... that one NEVER ends up well ummmm

a license to be a coorporate manager, again noting on the having more than room temperature IQ score

a license to operate a car company, if it werent for this chrysler and gm wouldnt have dropped

a license to be responsible for more than 1 million dollars *even tho some ppl think they can handle it they really cant*
