Having the last of the smoked pork that I sliced on a couple of sandwiches, along with some more of my coleslaw. You know something is good when you can have it three days in a row and actually be happy about it! Still have some of the pulled at home, but I think I'm going to come up with something a bit more 'creative' for it than just sandwiches.
i was lazy last night so i made a lot of buttered rice with BBQ pork and beans... so guess what i'm having for lunch today??? thank goodness i make my own BBQ sauce....

Sounds good. What kind of sauce do you make, vinegar based, tomato based, mustard based or your own combination? I vary between a more savory tomato based, a vinegar based, a combination of the two and, sometimes, a sweeter version.

Tomato based... brown sugar (if Trader Joe's is out of Molasas) and some of my secret spices (haha salt)...
