A little background may be necessary to explain this one:
I work in the library on a satellite campus for a private college and one of the professors here is from Ghana in Africa. I asked him one day, as I have never really gotten to try any food from there, if he had any good recipes from his homeland that he would be willing to share with me. He sent me a recipe for peanut butter soup. Apparently, groundnut soups are very common and very traditional in Ghana and other parts of southern Africa. Peanut butter soup is an adaptation of those traditional soups.
Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to make the soup, yet, but have been looking forward to it. Well, yesterday afternoon Dr. Darko comes into the library and brings my boss and I a big container of peanut butter soup and a ziploc bag of rice to have with it - still warm! We had already eaten lunch then, so we decided to save it to have for lunch today. I couldn't wait that long to try it, though, so I sampled it when he brought it in and I have to say I really liked it. You can use basically any meat you want in it - this one is made with chicken. So, I'd be almost willing to bet that I'm pretty much the only person on the site having traditional African peanut butter soup for lunch today.
A friend and I went to McDonalds and created the McTaco. It's disgusting so we didn't eat it.
All you do is this:
1) Order a double cheesebuger and a small fry
2) When you get the cheeseburger, step on it to get it flat
3) Fold it in half
4) Put french fries in it
5) Eat the disgusting creation
We even made a funny video about it which I can upload later.
That's why we threw the cheeseburger against the wall. MUHAHAAHHA

Went to Boston's today and had a caesar's salad, shrimp fettucine alfredo w/salmon & a coke.
I also received an informal counseling because of lunch. we were out for 2 1/2 hours. me and 2 co-workers had a lunch date with several other single ladies we met at a bar. we didn't mean for it to take that long, it just did.
Left over Papa John's, thin crust, ham only (with Tony Chachere's sprinkled on top.)
