went to Biff Buzby's & had the "Q". 1/2 pound burger, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, bacon & bar-b-que sauce on a large sweet roll. 2 jalapeno poppers & a coke.
for lunch today I had .... a slice of ham , 2 fried eges , potatoes and toast .
Tonight for dinner I am haveing ..... left over steak cut into small chunks , heated in gravy , searved over whole wheat rotini

Well, I left home in such a rush this morning, I forgot to bring the leftover cubed steak. Dammit! I guess I'll have to rely on backup (I keep a few things at work, just in case.) Will probably be one of those Hormel shelf dinners (the vacuum sealed things you don't have to refrigerate) - roast beef with gravy and mashed potatoes. They really don't taste bad, at all, but each meal has roughly half the RDA for sodium.
Stouffer's Lasagne tonight (I'm working the overnight shift..)
