Yep - even if he is in the MENS restroom. And the same nutjobs that supported this bill will back that lawsuit. After all, the only men who are 'protected' by this law are gay/transexual/transgender/transvestite/trans-whatever-the-hell-else-they-can-think-of men. Straight guys minding their own business, and taking care of their own business, need not apply for protection. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see new legislation (like some in Europe on which TB posted an article a while back) requiring men to sit down to pee so that no woman who decides to wander into the MENS room will have to be offended by seeing his schlong. Hell, people go on and on about how 'leftist' much of Europe seems to be but parts of our country are getting even worse. Rather than making it okay for men to use the ladies room and vice versa, they should simply add a third restroom, specifically for those who are 'gender confused.' I can just see it, now - three doors, each with its own sign. One sign would read 'LADIES', one woud read 'GENTLEMEN' and the third would read 'OTHER'.

Never had a chance to go to Europe but I understand that the bathrooms on the Continent are open to both genders, folks over there being a bit less hung up about things like this than us. Over there you can go to the beach and not be arrested for sunbathing topless (OH MY GOSH!) BUT we are not European and I really wouldn't want to be, I'm comfortable with the way we do things here and so are most Americans. This is nothing more than a powerplay by the whako-left. The first time a whack job decides he doesn't "feel" like a guy today and walks into the ladies room and gets maced or worse, cooler heads will prevail and this will be repealed. Until then the good folks of Colorado need to write their represenative and let them know how they feel about sharing restrooms.
